Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate items such as lingerie and swimwear must have all protective seals intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
